Advertisement of Job Vacancies under Mizoram State e-Governance Society
Applications are invited from eligible candidates through online only at msegsjob.mizoram.gov.in for filling up of the following posts on contract basis for a period of one year which may be extendable based on their performance:
INSTRUCTION TO APPLICANTS
1. The application should be submitted on or before 20th May, 2021 at 3:00 PM. The date and time for practical test and personal interview will be informed to the eligible applicants through e-Mail or WhatsApp.
2. All applicants are requested to submit their application through online only. The relevant documents like Marksheet and Certificates for HSLC, HSSLC, Graduate, Post Graduate and Experience Certificate must be submitted along with the application.
3. Practical test and personal interview will be conducted through online for which the applicants are requested to use their own personal computer/Laptop, broadband Internet connection, webcam and microphone.
4. All the applicants are requested to download and install CISCO Webex in their system before conducting the practical test and interview. The candidates will be given user ID and password through their e-Mail and mobile.
5. The applicant must prepare their project portfolio, if any, and submit along with the application. The following are the template for preparing portfolio:

6. All jpg images and pdf files to be uploaded must be below 2MB in size.
1. Database Administrator - Post 1
Essential Qualification: B.E.(CS/ECE/Electrical)/ MCA/ MSc (CS/IT) with 2-3years experience in Database Design, Distributed Database, DB Configuration, DB tuning, Backup & Recovery, Data protection & security.
Required Technical Skill: Red Hat Linux or CentOS, My SQL, No SQL, Oracle DB, PL/SQL Programming, Database Administration, Performance tuning, Database cluster, backup and recovery.
Emolument/Annum: Rs. 4-5 Lakh EPF @12% and travelling allowance as admissible under the society rules.
2. Network & Security Administrator - Post 1
Essential Qualification: BE (CS/IT/ECE)/ MCA/MSc (CS/IT) with 2-3 years experience in Linux Networking, Administrator and Security
Required Technical Skill: LAN/WAN, Network Security, Internetwork Services, DDNS, NIS, Network File sharing, SAMBA, E-Mail, Apache, System Security, System Authentication Services, Securing services, Securing data & communication. RHCE Certification will be plus point.
Emolument/Annum: Rs. 4-5 Lakh EPF @12% and travelling allowance as admissible under the society rules.
3. Jr. Software Developer (Full Stack) - Posts 3
Essential Qualification: BE (CS/IT/ECE)/ MCA/MSc (CS/IT), Full Stack Software Development using open source.
Required Technical Skill: CSS/HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Front End Frameworks (react/angular/vue.js), CSS Preprocessors, RESTful Services/APIs, Responsive/Mobile Design, Cross-Browser Development, Content Management Systems, Testing/Debugging, Git/Version Control.
Emolument/Annum: Rs. 3-4 Lakh EPF @12% and travelling allowance as admissible under the society rules.
4. BMS Administrator - Post 1
Essential Qualification:
1. BE/BTech in ECE/Electrical with 1-2 years experience in operation & maintenance of AC, PAC, DG, BMS, UPS, 3 phase Power DB, etc. or
2. 3 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic with 6- 7 years experience in operation & maintenance of AC, PAC, DG, BMS, UPS, 3 phase Power DB, etc. or
3. ITI in Electrical or Electronics with 10-15 years experience in operation & maintenance of AC, PAC, DG, BMS, UPS, 3 phase Power DB, etc.
Required Technical Skill: Building Management System as per ISO27001 Certification, Asset Management Procedure, Access Control Procedure, Physical & Environmental Security Procedure, Installation & Commission of 3 Phase Power DB Panel, 3 Phase electrical wiring, Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Generator for 300 KW, Centralize Air Conditioners, 180 KW UPS, Servo Stabilizer, 3 Phase Power DB Panel, etc.
Emolument/Annum: Rs. 3-4 Lakh with EPF @12% and travelling allowance as admissible under the society rules
5. Help Desk - Post 1
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Computer CS/IT/CA or 3years Diploma in ECE/IT/CS 2-3 yrs experience in Help Desk monitoring as per ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1: 2018.
Required Technical Skill: Analysis of call statistics, knowledge of BMS &EMS monitoring tools, Monitoring of SDC IT Infrastructure, maintaining logs books and tracking of assets, etc.
Rs. 3-4 Lakh with EPF @12% and travelling allowance as admissible under the society rules

It may be noted that online test will be conducted for domain knowledge and personal interview. The date and time of screening test will be informed separately to eligible candidate.
