The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is pleased to
announce job oriented hotel & restaurant related courses
(HUNAR SE ROZGAR) in the trades of:-
A. Front Office Associate
B. Housekeeping
The courses would be delivered by Institute of Hotel
Management, Guwahati under Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of
India. There is no course fee. Students would get the following
facilities:- 1. Stipend:- Rs. 1500/- after placement for both courses
2. Working lunch
3. Protective uniform
4. Certificate at the end of course
5. Contact hrs for A): 340 hrs Institute + 200 hrs Industry
B): 300 hrs Institute + 200 hrs Industry
6. Placement assistance for eligible students.
7. Boarding and Lodging for the boys for outstation
candidates on selection basis.
Interested persons having minimum of class 12th Pass for
Front Office Associate and class 5th Pass for Housekeeping
& are between 18 and 28 years may apply mentioning their
name, address, contact No., qualification, experience etc.
along with one passport size photograph to the Principal,
Institute of Hotel Management, Guwahati on or before 28th
February 2018.
The classes will be commenced from 5th
March 2018.
