ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE IN NORTH EASTERN STATES FOR THE POST OF TEMPORARY CONSTABLE (EXECUTIVE) MALE/FEMALE IN DELHI POLICE — 2018.

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals from all parts of Mizoram to fill up the vacancies of 44 posts of Constables (Executive) Male and 21 Constables (Executive) Female in Delhi Police in the pay scale of PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/-+Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-03)and other allowances as admissible. Recruitment will be held at Aizawl for which candidates from all parts of Mizoram, fulfilling the conditions mentioned here under can apply.

03% vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen in each category as per rules. 05% vacancies are reserved for sportspersons of distinction who have represented the State at the National level or the Country at the International level in sports during the preceding three years from the date of advertisement of vacancies. 

Place of Recruitment :  Recruitment will be conducted at Aizawl (Exact venue of PE & MT will be mentioned in the Admit Card that will be sent to the candidates). 

Who can apply :  The recruitment is only for natives of Mizoram (those having Permanent Resident Certificate of Mizoram issued by competent authority).

Documents/articles required: All the candidates are required to bring their following original documents/certificates at the time of PE & MT:-  Age-proof Certificate (Class —10th Pass Certificate/ Birth Registration Certificate)  12th /SLCC pass certificate. In case of Delhi Police ward 11th pass certificate.  NOC from the concerned department in case the person is already in government service,  Permanent Residence Certificate issued by competent authority,  Police Ward Certificate in case of Delhi Police wards applying for the post  Discharge Certificate or NOC in case of Ex-servicemen applying for the post and  Sports certificate for the candidates seeking age relaxation along with self attested photocopies of all the documents/certificates.  Four (4) recent Colored Passport-size photographs one pasted on the Application Form (including Admit Cards) and three (3) identical photographs to be separately enclosed with the Form.  One Self-Addressed Envelope. 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS i) Application forms will be rejected if they are: a. Incomplete b. Received in duplicate. c. Without self attested copy of certificates of categories for which the candidate is seeking benefit. d. Without latest photographs. e. Application form is not signed by the candidate. ii) If there is any variation in the interpretation of words/ instructions, the English version of the Recruitment Advertisement will prevail and the decision of Delhi Police Headquarters will be final. iii) Medium of instruction in Police Training School is Hindi. iv) All the candidates will be sent Admit Card for PE & MT by post. v) Admission Card for the written test will be issued to the successful candidates immediately after the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test on the ground itself. vi) No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in PE&MT /Written test.

Note 2: There shall be no Interview/Viva. Selection is only on the basis of Merit list as per the result of the written exam.
